Schedule 9S% Plans, Specifications and Estimates 6 weeks from receipt of City s 70% PS&E review comments See attached schedule (Exhibit A-1) for breakdown Task 4 100% Bid Documents: Any changes that are identified in the 95% review will be incorporated in the plans to produce the final set of construction documents. The quantity list will be modified if necessary and the plans completed. Specific tasks to be performed during this phase will include: • Incorporate comments • Three meetings with City staff • Design completion and bid package submittal • Reviews and project management Deliverables Deliverables will consist of signed reproducible plans and specifications ready to bid. Schedule 100% Plans, Specifications and Estimates 5 weeks from receipt of City's 95% PS&E review comments See attached schedule (Exhibit A-1) for breakdown Bidding and Construction Services Task 1 Bidding and Award: Contractor shall attend apre-construction meeting that will be held at the City's offices. If necessary, an addendum will be issued to the Contractor clarifying any issues that may need clarification on the plans after the pre-bid meeting. Task 2 Construction Services: The Contractar shall assist in shop drawing review and have budgeted up to ten (10) site meetings to review issues and assist the City in the punch list review when the project approaches completion.
