• Electrical One Line Diagram and Details <br />• Dredging and Slope Protection Plan and Details <br />The Contractor will prepare technical specifications detailing the methods and materials to be <br />used in construction of the proposed project improvements. <br />The Contractor will prepare quantities of items and materials for use in providing the final <br />estimate of probable construction costs. <br />The Contractor will meet with City staff up to two times in addition to the 75% and 90% <br />submittal review meetings throughout this task to coordinate work and allow staff to review <br />conformance of the proposed improvements with the City's desired goals. <br />Utilizing the approved preliminary plan equivalent to a 30% submittal, the Contractor will <br />submit a set of documents at approximately the 75% and 90% levels to the City for review and <br />comment. The Contractor will meet with the City to answer questions and receive comments at <br />each review submittal. <br />Based on the City Review, the Contractor will revise the plans and complete them to 100% for <br />bidding. <br />At the 90% level the Contractor will submit the documents to its construction management <br />division for a constructability and completeness review. These comments will also be addressed <br />in the 100% level documents. <br />All plans will be prepared in AutoCAD 2002. The technical specifications will be prepared in <br />Microsoft Word. The technical specifications will be based on the "green book" (latest edition) <br />and will compliment the "boiler plate" special provisions prepared and supplied by the City. <br />The Contractor will complete a topographic survey and any field measurements necessary to the <br />production of contract documents. Should a hydrographic survey be deemed necessary by the <br />City, it will be accomplished as additional services in accordance with Exhibit B of this <br />Agreement. <br />Deliverables by Contractor: <br />• Minutes of all Meetings <br />• A set of Contract Documents for 75% and 90% Review <br />• Hard signed vellum copy and electronic copy of plans (100%) <br />• Hard copy and disk of specifications (100%) <br />• Estimate of Probable Construction Cost <br />Deliverables by City: <br />• As-built Facilities Information <br />Contractual Services Agreement Page ~ of 16 <br />Account #597-57-197 Rebuild Fuel Dock <br />
