• Electrical One Line Diagram and Details • Dredging and Slope Protection Plan and Details The Contractor will prepare technical specifications detailing the methods and materials to be used in construction of the proposed project improvements. The Contractor will prepare quantities of items and materials for use in providing the final estimate of probable construction costs. The Contractor will meet with City staff up to two times in addition to the 75% and 90% submittal review meetings throughout this task to coordinate work and allow staff to review conformance of the proposed improvements with the City's desired goals. Utilizing the approved preliminary plan equivalent to a 30% submittal, the Contractor will submit a set of documents at approximately the 75% and 90% levels to the City for review and comment. The Contractor will meet with the City to answer questions and receive comments at each review submittal. Based on the City Review, the Contractor will revise the plans and complete them to 100% for bidding. At the 90% level the Contractor will submit the documents to its construction management division for a constructability and completeness review. These comments will also be addressed in the 100% level documents. All plans will be prepared in AutoCAD 2002. The technical specifications will be prepared in Microsoft Word. The technical specifications will be based on the "green book" (latest edition) and will compliment the "boiler plate" special provisions prepared and supplied by the City. The Contractor will complete a topographic survey and any field measurements necessary to the production of contract documents. Should a hydrographic survey be deemed necessary by the City, it will be accomplished as additional services in accordance with Exhibit B of this Agreement.
