2.3.3.5 The Consultant shall update the statement of probable construction cost. <br />2.3.3.6 The Consultant shall coordinate consultant work. <br />2.3.3.7 The Consultant shall conduct document quality control review. <br />2.3.3.8 The Consultant shall distribute 70% Construction Documents submittal, meet with PMT <br />and review status. <br />2.3.4 100% Construction Documents <br />2.3.4.1 The Consultant shall distribute 70% City-review comments to project team and respond <br />to City-review comments. <br />2.3.4.2 The Consultant shall complete technical specifications. <br />2.3.4.3 The Consultant shall update interior finishes, schedules, details. <br />2.3.4.4 The Consultant shall prepare floor plans, equipment, details. <br />2.3.4.5 The Consultant shall update the statement of probable cost of construction. <br />2.3.4.6 The Consultant shall coordinate consultants and conduct a quality control review. <br />2.3.4.7 The Consultant shall distribute 100% Construction Documents submittal. <br />2.3.4.8 The Consultant shall submit the 100% Construction Documents to the permitting <br />agencies for review and approval <br />2.3.4.9 The Consultant shall conduct one final presentation to the PMT. <br />2.3.5 Final Construction Documents <br />2.3.5.1 The Consultant shall distribute City-review comments to project team and respond to <br />City-review comments. <br />2.3.5.2 The Consultant shall prepare written responses to the permitting agencies review <br />comments. <br />2.3.5.3 The Consultant shall revise documents per all review comments. <br />2.3.5.4 The Consultant shall assist the obtain approvals from applicable agencies. <br />2.3.6 The Consultant shall coordinate the technical specifications with the front end specifications <br />provided by the City. <br />2.3.7 The Consultant shall advise the City of any adjustment to previous Statements of Probable <br />Construction Costs indicated by changes in requirements or general market conditions. <br />Meetings: Four Meetings with PMT <br />Deliverables: Construction Drawings and Specifications; 70% (two full size sets), 100% <br />(two full size sets) and fmal Construction Documents (one full size set wet signed all sheets), <br />Specifications, and updated Statement of Probable Construction Cost <br />3.0 SCHEDULE: <br />Submit CD deliverable <br />Submit DD deliverable <br />Submit 70% CD documents <br />Main Library Bookstore <br />Collaborative Design Architects, Inc. <br />3 weeks from Notice to Proceed <br />4 weeks from Notice to Proceed <br />3 weeks from receipt of DD comments <br />Page 5 of 20 <br />
