i) The Consultant will meet with the City's project manager, normally prior to the BPAC meetings, to ensure timely completion of tasks, coordination of work efforts and review of work program progress. 9) Documents and Support Materials a) Staff Reports i) As indicated, the Consultant will prepare the staff reports or other presentation materials for the BPAC. Such reports should be prepared and made available to City staff for review 7 working days prior to the meetings. b) Plan and Mans -The Consultant will produce the following documents i) First Draft of Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (1) 25 copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning Commission, City Council; (2) 1 copy for public review; (3) 1 reproducible master (including color maps); (4) 1 electronic version. ii) Final Draft of Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (1) 25 copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning Commission, City Council; (2) 1 copy for public review; (3) 1 reproducible master (including color maps); (4) 1 electronic version. iii) Final Adopted Version of Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (1) 1 reproducible master (including color planning maps) (2) 1 electronic version. c) User Map i) First Draft of User Map (1) 25 color copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning Commission, City Council; (2) 1 reproducible master; (3) 1 electronic version. ii) Final Draft of User Map (1) 100 to 200 color copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning Commission, City Council and General Public (exact amount dependent on final cost); (2) 1 reproducible master; (3) 1 electronic version. d) The electronic copy of the Trails and Bikeways Plan document will be submitted in Microsoft Word 2002 and the electronic copy of the User Map will be submitted in ArcView.
