i) The Consultant will meet with the City's project manager, normally prior to the <br />BPAC meetings, to ensure timely completion of tasks, coordination of work efforts <br />and review of work program progress. <br />9) Documents and Support Materials <br />a) Staff Reports <br />i) As indicated, the Consultant will prepare the staff reports or other presentation <br />materials for the BPAC. Such reports should be prepared and made available to City <br />staff for review 7 working days prior to the meetings. <br />b) Plan and Mans -The Consultant will produce the following documents <br />i) First Draft of Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan <br />(1) 25 copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning <br />Commission, City Council; <br />(2) 1 copy for public review; <br />(3) 1 reproducible master (including color maps); <br />(4) 1 electronic version. <br />ii) Final Draft of Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan <br />(1) 25 copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning <br />Commission, City Council; <br />(2) 1 copy for public review; <br />(3) 1 reproducible master (including color maps); <br />(4) 1 electronic version. <br />iii) Final Adopted Version of Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan <br />(1) 1 reproducible master (including color planning maps) <br />(2) 1 electronic version. <br />c) User Map <br />i) First Draft of User Map <br />(1) 25 color copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department Heads, Planning <br />Commission, City Council; <br />(2) 1 reproducible master; <br />(3) 1 electronic version. <br />ii) Final Draft of User Map <br />(1) 100 to 200 color copies for distribution to Committee Members, Department <br />Heads, Planning Commission, City Council and General Public (exact amount <br />dependent on final cost); <br />(2) 1 reproducible master; <br />(3) 1 electronic version. <br />d) The electronic copy of the Trails and Bikeways Plan document will be submitted in <br />Microsoft Word 2002 and the electronic copy of the User Map will be submitted in <br />ArcView.
