4.8 Design Management <br />Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective <br />communications with the City project staff. With each monthly invoice, Contractor shall <br />provide a project status report that outlines work completed and budget expenditures, as <br />well as an updated project schedule. <br />Deliverables: Monthly Status Reports <br />5.0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS / 70% DESIGN <br />5.1 Design <br />Contractor shall prepare 70% complete construction documents for the project. The <br />layout sheets shall show the utilities and improvement in screened background for <br />coordination purposes. Draft specification shall be provided. Estimates of probable <br />construction costs shall be provided with the work defined by same component areas <br />utilized in 30% Submittal.
