Deliverables: Ten (10) copies of 70°lo PS&E. <br />5.2 Coordination Meetings <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of two (2) meetings with City staff. These <br />meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the Downtown Area <br />Project. <br />5.3 Public Meetings <br />Contractor shall prepare presentation material and attend one special/public meetings. <br />Present Design Report and Schematic Design. The City shall provide public notification. <br />Presentation materials include graphic boards and power point presentation. Consultant <br />will prepare minutes of the meetings. These meetings are assumed to occur at the same <br />time as meetings for the Downtown Area Project. <br />5.4 Comment Response Report <br />Contractor shall meet with City, review draft response to 30% Submittal comments and <br />prepare letter report that will be a compilation of all agency comments with responses <br />cited immediately below each comment. City to update priorities for sizing project to <br />meet budgetary constraints. Issue report one week after meeting. <br />5.5 Permitting/Approvals Submittal <br />Project documents shall be submitted by Contractor to permitting and approving agencies <br />as well as all utility companies to continue coordination. <br />5.6 Design Management <br />Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective <br />communications with the City project staff. With each monthly invoice, Contractor shall <br />provide a project status report that outlines work completed and budget expenditures, as <br />well as an updated project schedule. <br />Deliverables: Monthly Status Reports <br />6.0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS (100% Submittal) <br />6.1 100% Construction Documents <br />Prepare essentially complete plans, specifications, and estimate of probable construction <br />costs. Documents will be based on prior phase approved documents incorporating <br />comments from the City, all review agencies and public.
