Task 6: Final PS&E Submittal <br />Contractor shall prepare bid documents to include final Plans, Specifications and <br />Estimate for the Project. City shall use the bid documents to advertise for the Project <br />construction. <br />Task 6.1-100% Comment Review <br />Contractor shall compile and distribute 100% review comments to Project design team. <br />Contractor shall review comments and determine conflicts. Review conflicts and <br />clarifications will be summarized and presented to the City. <br />Task 6.2 -Joint Comment Resolution Meeting <br />Contractor shall organize, attend and lead a joint comment resolution meeting with <br />Caltrans and the City to discuss conflicting comments and obtain clarifications for the <br />100% review comments. Contractor shall document the comment resolutions in the joint <br />comment resolution meeting minutes. The meeting minutes shall be distributed to the <br />City and Caltrans. <br />Task 6.3 -100% Comment Incorporations <br />Contractor shall incorporate 100% review comments to Project plans, specifications and <br />cost estimate. <br />Task 6.4 -Bid Documents <br />Contractor shall update the 100% PS&E submittal towards the completion of the design. <br />Contractor shall prepare a complete set of plans, specifications and estimate for the bid <br />documents. Project plans, specifications and cost estimate shall be in accordance with <br />the format stated in Tasks 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6. Contractor shall provide the project plans <br />outlined in Task 5.4 <br />Task 6.5 -Right of Way Sufficiency Form <br />Contractor shall prepare a Caltrans standard Right of Way Sufficiency Form. The form <br />shall be completed and provided to the City for execution. <br />Task 6.6 -Encroachment Permit Application <br />Contractor shall prepare required Caltrans Encroachment Permit Application to obtain <br />approval of Project plans from Caltrans. City shall be the applicant of the Caltrans <br />Encroachment Permit applications. <br />Task 6.7 -Bid Document Submittal <br />Contractor shall assemble the plans, specifications and estimate for City, Caltrans and <br />other required agency review. Project plans, specifications and estimate shall have <br />obtained the approval of Caltrans, ACFCWD and utility companies for confirmation of <br />compatibility and connection to existing facilities. Contractor shall provide City with six <br />sets and Caltrans a maximum of 8 sets of the bid documents.
