planned upgrades, future expansions and changes to existing utility systems. Contractor <br />shall identify major horizontal conflicts and impacts to existing utilities. Contractor shall <br />provide utility companies with exhibits and project plan sheets to aid the utility <br />companies with their relocation efforts. <br />Task 4.3 -Update Drainage Analysis <br />Contractor shall perform complete and update the 30% drainage analysis to support the <br />proposed 70% drainage design. Contractor shall coordinate with the Alameda County <br />Flood Control Water District (ACFCWD) to obtain permit requirements and approval of <br />the plans. <br />Task 4.4 - 70% Project Plans <br />Contractor shall prepare 70% plan sheets using City's current standard details and format. <br />Project plan sheets shall be prepared in accordance with the City's drafting standards and <br />will be supplemented with design required standard details, symbols and abbreviations. <br />Plans shall be in English units and in AutoCAD 2002 electronic format. Project plan <br />sheets for work within Caltrans right of way shall be in dual units (English units with <br />metric soft conversion) as required by Caltrans Encroachment Permit requirements. <br />Applicable Caltrans standard plan details will be shown on the project plans. <br />Contractor shall provide the following project plans for the Project: <br />Title Sheet <br />• Typical Cross Section Sheets <br />• Demolition Plans <br />• Layout /Construction Sheets <br />Profile Sheets or Grid Grade Sheets <br />• Drainage Plans <br />• SWPPP Plans <br />• Construction Details <br />Stage Construction Plans to include the following construction phasing sequence: <br />I. Sound walls <br />IL South End -Westgate Parkway extension from the Wal*Mart to Williams <br />Street <br />III. Work in the vicinity of Office Depot -Timothy Drive from Westgate Parkway <br />to Davis Street <br />IV. North End -Westgate Parkway from Davis Street to the northern limits of the <br />Wal*Mart parking lot <br />V.
