• Reference project account number as well as the purchase order number as <br />designated <br />2.5 Miscellaneous <br />• Unless specifically noted otherwise, all meetings with City Staff shall <br />occur in San Leandro City Hall located at 835 East 24th Street in San <br />Leandro during normal business hours <br />3.0 PROJECT SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES <br />3.1 Schematic Design <br />This phase of work will begin with a review of the City Wide Aquatics Needs <br />Assessment, the existing conditions and the programmatic requirements for the <br />project. The information and direction from City staff will be utilized to begin <br />development of the facility design in response to the identified criteria. The <br />preliminary pool and clubhouse designs will be reviewed with the City staff on a <br />minimum of three occasions as it is being developed to insure their input at timely <br />stages. Contractor shall participate in one community workshop during this <br />phase. The facility design will be presented in initial form to the City staff. <br />Comments will be incorporated into the final design which will then be presented <br />to the City staff for final approval of the design and cost estimates. <br />This phase will result in the following drawings and work products: <br />• Written Descriptive Narrative <br />• Site Plan <br />• Floor Plans <br />• Pool Plans <br />• Exterior Elevations <br />• Colored Perspective Rendering <br />• Exterior Color & Material Sample Board <br />• Detailed Critical Path Design Schedule <br />• Preliminary Cost Estimate <br />• Attendance at One (1) Public Meeting <br />3.2 Design Development <br />This phase of work builds on the approved design from the preceding phase and <br />begins to develop more detail including structural, mechanical and electrical <br />systems. This phase will include up to three in-progress meetings with City staff <br />as more detailed information is developed and issues or questions arise. <br />This phase will result in the following drawings and work products: <br />• Site Plan, Preliminary Grading Plan, and Landscape Plan <br />• Swimming Pool, Recreational Pool and Mechanical Room Layout Plans <br />CSA Glass Architects Page 5 of 20 <br />Washington Manor Park Pool Project No. 210-62-002 <br />
