For estimating purposes, eight non-City contacts are assumed. <br />Contractor will coordinate with Alameda Flood Control District (ACFCD) to obtain the district's <br />approval, including providing plans and calculations as required for approval. <br />City to Provide: <br />• Prior to beginning Task 4 City will prepare one non-conflicting set of City's review <br />comments of 70% submittal <br />Deliverables: <br />• Updated Project Schedule <br />• Photometric Analysis <br />• Seventy Percent (70%) complete full size plans consistent with Drawing List <br />• Specifications will be prepared using the Greenbook Standard latest edition, Caltrans <br />Standard Specifications, Sections 84, 85 and 86 and City Standard format. Specifications <br />will be prepared in Microsoft Word software consistent with City design standards <br />• Construction Cost Estimate using proposed bid items <br />Schedule: <br />70% Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimate 3 weeks from receipt of City's <br />Preliminary Layout review <br />comments <br />Task 4 100% Plans, Specifications and Estimates <br />The Contractor will prepare 100% PS&E based on the review comments from the 70% submittal. <br />Contractor will incorporate information from utility companies and coordinate drawings with <br />utility relocations. To expedite the schedule, the 100% submittal will be a formal submittal of <br />final drawings and specifications submitted when the overall design is complete. . <br />City to Provide: <br />• Prior to beginning Task 5 City will prepare one non-conflicting set of City's review <br />comments of 100% submittal <br />Deliverables: <br />• One Hundred (100%) PS&E. One (1) set of full-sized plans <br />• Complete Contract book including City standard contract documents (`Boilerplate") and <br />technical specifications will be prepared using the Greenbook standard, Caltrans Standard <br />Specifications, Sections 84, 85 and 86 and City standard format. <br />• Plan approvals from other agencies and serving utilities.
