Findin .Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the Project <br />that avoid or substantially lessen the significant effect identified in the EIR. <br />Rationale for Findin. The mitigation measure will reduce the potential for creation of <br />new sources of light and glare by minimizing nighttime lighting's impact by directing <br />light toward where it is useful and away from sensitive receptors, such as residences. <br />Section IILF -Cultural and Historic Resources <br />Impact Fl: Excavation of archaeological resources -Excavation of development sites <br />identified by the General Plan could unearth or disturb archaeological resources. <br />Proposed General Plan policies may not fully mitigate Impact F1 to a level of <br />insignificance, DEIR pp. III.F-8-IILF-9. <br />Mitigation Measure F 1: Require appropriate measures and conditions of approval of new <br />development to identify and protect archaeological resources. These measures may <br />include, as necessary, archaeological resource surveys by a qualified professional. <br />Finain~. Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the Project <br />that avoid or substantially lessen the significant effect identified in the EIR. <br />Rationale for Findin. The mitigation measure will avoid the disturbance of <br />archaeological resources by requiring certain measures and procedures are implemented <br />when such resources are suspected, or actually found, to occur. <br />Section III.G -Infrastructure <br />Impact Gl : Inadequate Wastewater Collection - Development consistent with the <br />General Plan could require improvements to components of the wastewater collection <br />system, including aging sewer lines. Proposed General Plan policies may not fully <br />mitigate Impact G1 to a level of insignificance.
