Temporary Parking Lots. -Award 1 September 8, 2009 <br />Analysis <br />A total of four (4) bids were received on August 19, 2009. The bids ranged from $155,638.00 to <br />$242,048.00, with Galedrige Construction, Inc. submitting the lowest bid in the amount of <br />$155,650.00, which has been determined to be a responsive bid. <br />Current City Council Policy <br />Not Applicable <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br />• On May 19, 2008, by Resolution No. 2008-013 RDA, the Executive Director of the <br />Redevelopment Agency approved a Contractual Services Agreement with Walker Parking <br />Consultants to provide design services for the Estudillo/Callan Parking Garage <br />• On July 20, 2009 by Resolution No. 2008-109, the City Council approved the plans and <br />specifications and called for bids for the 1550 East 14t~ Street and 262 Davis Street <br />Temporary Parking Lot Project, Project Number 09-962-86-070 and 09-961-83-077 <br />City Council Committee Review and Action <br />Nat Applicable <br />Applicable General Plan Policy <br />• 6.07 Parking.
