Homelessness Prevention and Re-housing <br />Program Plan MOU <br />CONCLUSION <br />October 5, 2009 <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a <br />partnership between Building Futures with Women and Children, as lead agency, and the City <br />involving afederally-assisted homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing program that will <br />further the goals and objectives of the Alameda County Everyone Home Plan and authorize the <br />City Manager or his designee to execute the MOU and take other future actions as necessary to <br />further the MOU. <br />
