PUBLIC HEARINGSCITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />fill out a speaker card <br />Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should and submit it <br />to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names <br />and addresses obtained. <br /> <br /> <br />A.Matter of Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Adding Fine for Boat Launch Ramp Violation. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Hollister gave a brief overview of the matter, and introduced Public Works Services <br />Director Mike Bakaldin. Mr. Bakaldin reported that the proposed resolution would <br />add a $50 who <br />violate the boat launch ramp permit requirement. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2009-133 <br />, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Adding Fine for Boat Launch <br />Ramp Violation (establishes a fine of $50.00 for failure to display either a daily or <br />annual launch permit).
