DRAFT MINUTES <br /> Page 2 <br />October 5, 2009 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />Ken Joseph was present to receive his award. <br /> <br /> <br />B.Presentation on the Future of Water by East Bay Municipal Utilities District (EBMUD). <br />(Item was removed from the agenda and will be rescheduled.) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />C.Proclamation Declaring Fire Prevention Week in San Leandro. <br /> <br />Deputy Fire Chief Randy Bradley accepted the Fire Prevention Week proclamation <br />presented by Vice Mayor Starosciak. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEARINGSCITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />fill out a speaker card <br />Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should and submit it <br />to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names <br />and addresses obtained. <br /> <br /> <br />A.Matter of Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Adding Fine for Boat Launch Ramp Violation. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br />Hollister gave a brief overview of the matter, and introduced Public Works Services <br />Director Mike Bakaldin. Mr. Bakaldin reported that the proposed resolution would <br />add a $50 who <br />violate the boat launch ramp permit requirement. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2009-133 <br />, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Adding Fine for Boat Launch <br />Ramp Violation (establishes a fine of $50.00 for failure to display either a daily or <br />annual launch permit).
