Vice Mayor Starosciak noted that if the bond sale did not occur in <br />2010, then perhaps there is no need to rush the information gathering process. <br />Councilmember Souza commented that the RAPC may not be able to accomplish its <br />task in two meetings, and that it would be more important to our residents that we have <br />a good process. She expressed appreciation to the RAPC for its commitment to the <br />process. <br />Councilmember Gregory commented on the San Leandro Sports Foundation's efforts to <br />renovate the San Leandro High School pool, which could have an effect on the RAPC's <br />recommendation. <br />• Minute Order No. 2009-041, Motion Directing the Recreation and Parks <br />Commission to Proceed with the Proposed Process for Obtaining Public Input on <br />the Use of Measure WW and Park Development Fee Funds, as Outlined in the <br />Staff Report. (1028/3156) <br />The City Council directed the Recreation and Parks Commission to proceed <br />with the proposed process for obtaining public input on the use of Measure <br />WW and Park Development Fee Funds, as outlined in the Staff Report, <br />except changing the location of the second public workshop to the Main <br />Library. <br />M/S/C Prola and Stephens. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />10. ACTION ITEMS <br />Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker per item, subject to adjustment by the <br />Mayor. <br />A.
