Y. Applicant shall grade all depressed loading docks to minimize run-on to and runoff <br />from the loading area. All runoff depressed loading docks shall be drained to <br />landscaped areas or filtered per C.3 requirements. <br />Z. Fire sprinkler test water may drain to the sanitary sewer system if a permit is <br />obtained or shall drain to landscaped areas. <br />AA. Sidewalks and parking lots shall be swept regularly to minimize the accumulation of <br />litter and debris. Steam cleaning or low volume pressure washing maybe performed <br />only after pre-cleaning using dry methods, spot cleaning and recover in stained areas <br />and removal of all mobile pollutants. Debris resulting from pressure washing shall <br />be trapped and collected to prevent entry into the storm drain system. Washwater <br />containing any soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be discharged to the storm <br />drain. <br />BB. The new landscaping shall be designed to collect and treat storm water run-off from <br />the adjacent parking area unless said runoff is treated by another filter system. <br />CC. The storm water runoff from all new or replaced impervious surfaces such as roofing <br />and paving shall be treated in accordance with the requirements of section C.3 of the <br />current NPDES permit if such improvements exceed 10,000 square feet. <br />DD. Applicant shall include Pavement arrows and direction signs at driveways and all on- <br />site circulation routes, and parking aisles, including identifying one-way or two-way <br />circulation routes. Applicant shall submit the drawing far review prior to issuance of <br />the building permit. <br />EE. Parking layouts shall be in compliance with City's Parking Standards as shown on <br />Drawing Numbers 600 (Parking Standards) and 602 (Handicapped Parking) of the <br />City of San Leandro Standard Plan. Additionally, total number of handicapped <br />parking spaces shall follow the ADA standards. Applicant shall submit the drawing <br />for review prior to issuance of the building permit. Parking stall widths, vehicle <br />lengths, aisle widths, and parking module widths shall follow the Standard Plans. <br />The 90-degree parking near the southern driveway shall have 9-ft stall width, 18.5-ft <br />vehicle length, and 24-ft aisle width.) <br />IV. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />A. If the facility will store over 55 gallons, 200 cubic feet or 500 pounds of hazardous <br />material and generate any amount of hazardous waste then: Prior to issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy or final of a business license, whichever occurs first, a <br />Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) shall be submitted to the Environmental <br />Services Division for the storage and use of planned hazardous materials and/or <br />generation of hazardous waste.
