If a court of competent jurisdiction finds or rules that any <br />provision of this Agreement is invalid, void, or unenforceable, the provisions of this <br />Agreement not so adjudged shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity in whole <br />or in part of any provision of this Agreement shall not void or affect the validity of any <br />other provision of this Agreement. <br />15.6 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, <br />each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one <br />instrument. <br />15.7 Headings. The section headings used in this Agreement are for <br />convenience only and shall not be used to interpret this Agreement. <br />15.8 Governing Law; Venue.
