Adding a third lane to the <br />southbound I-880 off -ramp (also to be funded on a fair -share <br />basis by the project sponsors) would fully mitigate this impact. <br />(MM TR -9.6) <br />Marina Mitigation of this traffic impact requires the addition of lanes to <br />Boulevard/ the Marina Boulevard/San Leandro Boulevard intersection such <br />San Leandro that one northbound left -turn lane shall be added to provide two <br />Boulevard left -turn lanes, two through lanes and one right -turn lane. The <br />mitigation measure requires the project sponsors to contribute <br />fair -share funds towards this improvement.
