Environmental Impact EXHIBIT "D" MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR THE KAISER SAN LEANDRO MEDICAL CENTER / MIXED-USE RETAIL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Mitigation Measures Monitoring Responsibility Implementation and Monitoring Timeline • Post and maintain current information on recycling within the proposed buildings. The information may cover cell phone recycling, household battery and household hazardous waste recycling, and recycling (composting) of organic waste. • Provide adequate area in building design to accommodate receptacles.
