Environmental Impact <br />EXHIBIT "D" <br />MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />FOR THE KAISER SAN LEANDRO MEDICAL CENTER / MIXED-USE RETAIL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />Mitigation Measures <br />CC -1.13 Pursuit of LEED Certification. <br />The Mixed -Use Retail Development shall seek LEED certification for residential and <br />non-residential development per the recommendations of City Resolution No. 2006- <br />013. Applicant shall submit draft LEED checklists to the City Sustainability <br />Coordinator for review and consultation. <br />CC -1.14 Use of Alternative Energv <br />During Phase 1, Kaiser shall provide approximately 250 kilowatts of its energy <br />consumption from alternative energy sources. Kaiser will provide an additional <br />approximately 250 kilowatts for the future Build -Out.
