Matter of Proposed Adjustments to City Fees and Charges and Taxes for Fiscal Year 2010-2011. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Hollister introduced Budget and Compliance Manager Mary Ann Perini. Ms. Perini gave a PowerPoint presentation, providing an overview of the proposed fees and fee increases, and following up on questions raised by the City Council Finance Committee. The Hearing was then opened to the public. Jeff Goldfarb, Preserve San Leandro Mobility and P.H. Holdings, addressed the City Council, objecting to the I-880/Marina Boulevard interchange supplemental impact fee. Mayor Santos suggested to Mr. Goldfarb that he make his comments under agenda Item 3.C, There being no further comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. • Resolution No. 2010-045, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services Provided by City Departments (adjusts user fees and services charges). M/S/C Prola and Stephens. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 • Ordinance No. 2010-008, an Ordinance Amending Section 2-2-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Business License Fees and Their Annual Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (increases the tax by 0.7%). - Passed to print M/S/C Prola and Stephens. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 • Ordinance No. 2010-009, an Ordinance Amending Section 2-18-210 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Emergency Communication System Access Tax and Its Annual Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (increases the tax by 0.7%, to $2.07 per single access line, $14.51 per trunk line, and $50.79 per super trunk line). - Passed to print M/S/C Prola and Stephens.
