POTENTIALLY
ISSUES POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT LESS THAN NO
SIGNIFICANT UNLESS SIGNIFICANT IMPACT SOURCES
ISSUES MITIGATION IMPACT
INCORPORATED
EXPLANATION: The Revitalization Strategy includes site development plans and illustrations of recommended in-fill
development projects, and design guidelines that the City and Redevelopment Agency may use to review future development
proposals for the specific sites in question. For the project area overall, proposed densities/intensities are at or below those
anticipated by existing environmental documentation, and all potentially significant impacts are anticipated to either be less than
significant or mitigated to a level of insignificance. Likewise, given the scope of future projects anticipated for existing vacant lands
and the proposed redevelopment of properties, cumulative impacts are anticipated to be less than significant after identified
mitigation. The Revitalization Strategy has been formulated in conjunction with the concurrent General Plan update.
`17. ' SOURCE REFERENCES
I. Determination based on location of project
2.
