C. Recipient hereby certifies that no one who has any financial interest in or rece compensation for services by Recipient's corporation or agency is related by blood or marr within the third degree to the Mayor or any one or more of the members of the City Council, Manager, or the department head to which these services are to be provided. D. Recipient shall incorporate, or cause to be incorporated, in all subcontracts for v to be performed under this Agreement a provision prohibiting such interest pursuant to the purp~ of this section. 5. POLITICAL ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. None of the funds, materials, property or serv contributed by the City or Recipient under this Agreement shall be used for any partisan polio activity, or to further the election or defeat of any candidate for public office. 6. LOBBYING. To the best of Recipient's knowledge and belief: a. No Federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or on behalf c to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employe any agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, o~ employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any Fed grant, the making of ,any Federal loan, the entering into of any coopera agreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modificatio any Federal contract, grant, loan or cooperative agreement; b. If any funds other than Federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be pai any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an emplc of a Member of Congress in connection with this Federal contract, grant, loan cooperative agreement, Recipient will complete and submit Standard Form -I "Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying", in accordance with its instructions; and c. Recipient will require that the language of paragraph (b) of this certificatior included in the award documents for all subawards at all tiers (incluc subcontracts, subgrants, and contracts under grants, loans, and coopera agreements) and that all recipients shall certify and disclose accordingly; 7. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There shall be no religious worship, instnac proselytization aspart of, or in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
