• <br />2.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES /DELIVERABLES: <br />2.1 Evaluation of Aquatic Facilities <br />Product: Draft Report, including site observations, necessary repairs and related costs. <br />Final Report, including site observations, necessary repairs and related costs. <br />• All reports will be 8-1/2 x 11 in black and white, suitable for photocopy <br />reproduction. <br />• Final submittals to include five (5) bound copies and one (1) unbound copy, <br />and one (1) copy of associated electronic files in MS Word 97 compatible <br />format. <br />Consultant Tasks: <br />Site visits and review of existing facilities and infrastructure with City staff. Table A-1 lists the <br />aquatic facilities to be reviewed by the Consultant. No extensive engineering analysis, surveys <br />or other tests are included. Additional detail on the information expected in this evaluation is <br />attached as Appendix A-1. <br />Site Visits: Site visit with City Public Works personnel and other City staff to evaluate each <br />of the city's existing facilities. It is estimated that site visits and review of these <br />aquatic facilities will require approximately five days, and will be scheduled to <br />coincide with working meetings as described in section 2.2 below. <br />City Tasks: <br />• Attend site visits. <br />• Provide facility data and other information as available. <br />• Review of and comment on draft Facility Evaluation. <br />2.2 Aquatic Facilities Needs Assessment and Master Plan <br />Phase 1 -Public Participation Work Plan <br />Product: Draft Public Participation Work Plan <br />Final Public Participation Work Plan <br />• All reports will be 8-1/2 x 11 in black and white, suitable for photocopy <br />reproduction. <br />• Final submittals to include five (5) bound copies, one (1) unbound copy, and <br />one (1) copy of associated electronic files in MS Word 97 compatible <br />format. <br />Consultant Tasks: <br />Organize the study effort; produce aweek-by-week schedule and a directory of key participants. <br />Review background studies, memoranda and literature about community swimming programs <br />and needs. Identify and discuss format and content of necessary materials, such as questionnaires <br />for collection of pubic input. <br />Meetings (#1, # 2, #3): Introduce consulting team and work plan. Meet with Park Commission <br />and determine Task Force members. Brainstorm problems and approaches with <br />Task Force. Finalize approach to soliciting public input. Develop public meeting <br />agenda.
