., <br />iv. Meetings -Attend weekly construction phase meetings. <br />v. Change Order -Assist city staff in the preparation and processing of change order <br />requests Prepare contract change order documentation for execution by General <br />Contractor and City. <br />vi. Schedule Review and Updating -Review General Contractor's initial schedule <br />submittal. Review schedule monthly and provide written comments to the City and <br />General Contractor. <br />vii. Maintain "As-Built" Schedule - Maintain a daily track of General Contractor's efforts <br />during construction corresponding to the activities in the agreed upon schedule. <br />viii. Reports -Prepare reports that may be required during the construction phase, document <br />work and conditions daily on form provided by the City. Prepare monthly reports to <br />City. <br />ix. Progress Payment Preparation and Processing -Review monthly progress payment <br />requests by General Contractor, provide estimate of actual construction progress. <br />x. Photographs and Videos -Provide videotape, photographic, or digital photos of project <br />site during construction as required to document conformance with plans and <br />specifications and to document disputed work. Provide photos as prints and digital <br />files. Label, organize, date, and catalogue photos, include an index. <br />c. Closeout Phase Services <br />i. Meetings -Attend all final acceptance /close-out phase meetings. <br />ii. Final Inspection and Punchlist -Assist in final inspection and prepare list of project <br />construction deficiencies for resolution by General Contractor. <br />iii. Construction Approval /Acceptance -Make recommendations to the City regarding <br />final project approval and acceptance. <br />iv. Final Payment -make recommendations to City regarding General Contractor's final <br />agreement of quantities. <br />v. Start-Up Coordination -Assist the City during start-up and debugging of project. <br />vi. Project Closeout -Prepare all documentation required for close out of the above scope <br />of work.
