The Developer shall
submit a request to the City Engineer for consideration. If the request for
vacation is granted, the Developer shall bear all costs in the preparation of all
necessary documents and for processing of such vacation. This shall also include full depth asphalt patch repair of localized
failure as determined by City Engineer before overlaying. In addition, slurry
seal full width of Preda Street from Minerva Street to the boundary of the
project. Also, on the eastern half of Preda Street, the Developer would be
required to repair the damage caused by the construction vehicles. The extent of
the repair and type of repair would be as determined by the City Engineer.
5. No street paving of Preda Street shall be constructed unless and until any
required rehabilitation and/or upsizing of existing sanitary sewer mains and/or
storm drain mains has been completed.
6. Subdivider shall remove curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveways, along the full
project frontage along Preda Street, and shall construct new City standard curb,
gutter, sidewalk and driveways in the same location and/or alignment as the
existing concrete improvements.
7.
