(1098) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval, <br /> seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote <br /> (7), the City Council continued the matter of the Appeal by <br /> Western Specialty Waste, Inc., of Board of Zoning Adjustments' <br /> Denial of CU -94 -14 to the City Council Meeting of February 5, <br /> 1996. <br /> 9. NEW BUSINESS (Continued) <br /> C. Matter of East Bay Dischargers Authority Offer to Livermore - <br /> Amador Valley Water Management Agency Regarding Sewer Capacity <br /> (continued). <br /> The City Council received documentation on the proposal. Council <br /> Member Galvan noted it was the same proposal the Council has seen <br /> previously. He again discussed the major components. <br />
