The consultant will determine current uses and <br /> public needs at City parks, through community -wide workshops, <br /> demographic analyses, and other tools. A major part of the study will <br /> include an analysis and recommendations regarding Americans with <br /> Disabilities Act needs. Resolution No. 96 -22, Resolution Approving Contribution Agreement with <br /> the State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans) <br /> Relating to the I -880 Cornerstone Project (provides for agreement with <br /> Caltrans to fund a contract Change Order to the I -880 Cornerstone <br /> Project in order to modify the eastbound to southbound ramp from Davis <br /> Street to I -880). Resolution No. 96 -23, Resolution Certifying Negative Declaration for <br /> the Westgate Parkway Project (certifies environmental documents for <br /> possible construction of a new road between Davis Street at I -880 and <br /> Williams Street near Merced Street). Minute Order No. 96 -7, Motion Directing Staff to Incorporate Into the <br /> Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Portion of the Annual Budget the <br /> Policy Entitled, "Capital Improvement Program - A Framework for Public <br /> Investment," and for Projects Recommended for Inclusion in the Annual <br /> Capital Improvement Program to Adhere to the General Principles and <br /> Guidelines Set Forth in the Policy. <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval, seconded by <br /> Council Member Kerr, with Council Member Loeffler absent (1), and <br /> carried by a majority vote (6), the City Council directed staff to <br /> incorporate into the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) portion of the <br /> annual budget the policy entitled, "Capital Improvement Program - A <br /> Framework for Public Investment," and for projects recommended for <br /> inclusion in the annual Capital Improvement Program to adhere to the <br /> general principles and guidelines set forth in the policy. <br />
