Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> The City Attorney reported no final action was taken. <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> A. Council Member Myers congratulated Council Members Elect Glaze, <br /> Lothrop, and Young, wished them good luck, and said the outgoing <br /> members will be available to offer support. <br /> B. Vice Mayor Kerr congratulated the new Council Members as well as those <br /> who participated in the election. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr said the Congestion Management Agency tour held in San <br /> Leandro was a good tour, and we can be proud of San Leandro's completed <br /> projects. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr commended the Bobby Sox League for the season opening <br /> and the Washington Manor Junior League for its parade. He said it is <br /> great to see adults supporting our young people. He noted City Council <br /> Members received a plaque for personally supporting the Bobby Sox team <br /> in its championship effort last season. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr said he and Congressman Bill Baker were honored by the <br /> Chinese Christian Church for their support of the Church's program. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr said he received calls about a State inspector <br /> inspecting mobile homes and sending letters of correction. He said <br /> this is a mobile home park maintenance program being done by the State. <br /> Vice Mayor Kerr requested the matter of the Mayor's salary be placed on <br /> a future Agenda. He said the Mayor's salary is not adequate <br /> compensation for the amount of time she works. There was no consensus <br /> to place this matter on the Agenda. <br />
