(2603/1413) - Adopted 6. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Resolution Appointing Member to Human Resources Commission (District 2) - Geraldine Mellen. No Action Taken. 6.2 Resolution Appointing Member to Library- Historical Commission (District 2) - Arnold T. Mew. Council Member Young noted Mr. Mew's experience and his interest in assisting senior citizens and children with reading. She said he is a local businessman who relocated to San Leandro, and she congratulated him on his willingness to serve. Mr. Mew stated that he looked forward to his term.
