Property rehabilitation standards for the <br /> rehabilitation of existing buildings and site improvements may be established by the <br /> Agency but must be not less than the minimum requirements of the City. <br /> • <br /> 5. [Section 308.5] Limit on the Number of Buildings <br /> Except as set forth in other sections of this Plan and to the extent that limitations are <br /> hereby imposed, the number of buildings in the Project Area that may be expected <br /> upon completion of the Project may be regulated by the Agency, and shall not exceed <br /> the limitations set forth in the General Plan and the City Zoning Code, or applicable <br /> federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations, as amended from time to <br /> time. <br /> 6. [Section 308.6] Number of Dwelling Units <br /> The approximate number of dwelling units located within the Project Area is 45. <br /> 7. [Section 308.7] Limitations on Type, Size and Height of Buildings <br /> Except as set forth in other sections of this Plan and to the extent that limitations are <br /> hereby imposed, the type, size, height, and number of buildings in the Project Area <br /> that may be expected upon completion of the Project may be regulated by the <br /> Agency, and shall not exceed the limitations set forth in the General Plan and the <br /> City's Zoning Codes or applicable federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and <br /> regulations, as amended from time to time. <br /> 8.
