6. Providing for administrative enforcement of the Plan by the City after development. 7. Performing the above actions, and all other functions and services relating to public health, safety, and physical development normally rendered in accordance with a schedule which will permit the redevelopment of the Project. [SECTION 600] ENFORCEMENT The administration and enforcement of the Plan, including the preparation and execution of any documents implementing the Plan, shall be by the Agency and/or the City, as appropriate. The provisions of the Plan or other agreements entered into pursuant to the Plan may be enforced by court action instituted by either the Agency or the City. The Agency or the City may pursue any and all remedies available to it, including specific performance, damages, reentry, injunctions, or any other remedies appropriate to the purposes of the Plan. [SECTION 700] DURATION OF THE PLAN The Plan shall remain effective for a period of 30 years from the date of adoption of the Plan.
