` 2. EXHIBIT B, Payment Schedule, shall be amended as follows: <br />"City shall pay Subgrantee an amount not to exceed the total sum of One Hundred <br />Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars ($115,366) for services <br />performed pursuant to this Agreement." <br />"Said maximum includes previously approved allocations of Sixty Thousand <br />Three Hundred Sixty Six Dollars ($60,366) plus additional funds under this <br />amendment of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) and is the total for all <br />services provided." <br />3. In all other aspects the Agreement is hereby ratified, confirmed and shall continue <br />in full force and effect. <br />
