3.6 Duties and Responsibilities of SMART Corridor Technical Advisory <br /> Committee. <br /> STAC shall be responsible for the following functions in connection with the <br /> Project: <br /> 3.6.1 Formulation of appropriate operational strategies and standard operating <br /> policies and procedures; <br /> 3.6.2 Preparation of all documentation of standard operating policies and <br /> procedures, including the O &M Manual; <br /> 3.6.3 Development of operational budgets; <br /> 3.6.4 Evaluate requests of Participating Agencies to deactivate or remove <br /> Components; <br /> 3.6.5 Establish sub - committees for operations, incident management, transit and <br /> traveler information, and maintenance. <br /> 3.7 Technical Reporting Groups. <br /> 3.7.1 The San Pablo Avenue SMART Corridor Technical Advisory Committee <br /> ( "SPTAC ") shall be responsible for reporting the proceedings, decisions, technical guidance, <br /> recommendations, and advice rendered by STAC to SPPAC in connection with the operation of <br /> the San Pablo Project. Each of the San Pablo Avenue SMART Corridor Cities, CMA, MTC, AC <br /> Transit, WestCAT, Caltrans, Contra Costa County and CCTA shall be entitled to participate in <br /> the selection of the composition of the SPTAC, and to participate in its functions. <br /> • 3.7.2 The I -880 SMART Corridor Technical Working Group ( "ITWG ") shall be <br /> responsible for reporting the proceedings, decisions, technical guidance, recommendations, and <br /> advice rendered by STAC to ISC in connection with the operation of the I -880 Project.
