Tania will <br /> analyze land use issues, support Tom in all project management functions, <br /> and will be responsible for coordinating meetings and delivery of work <br /> products between team members. <br /> Lee Miles — Regulatory Specialist <br /> Lee is a Regulatory and Permitting Compliance Manager who brings over <br /> 10 years of experience specializing in regulatory permitting and compliance. <br /> She has managed a variety of permitting projects and provides expertise in <br /> the complexity of permitting requirements and application processes for both <br /> small- and large -scale projects, including Section 404 U.S. Army Corps of <br /> Engineers (Corps) permits, California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) <br /> Lake and Streambcd Alteration Agreements, Section 401 Water Quality <br /> Certifications, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development <br /> Commission (BCDC) Major, Minor and Abbreviated Permits and California <br /> Coastal Commission Coastal Development Permits. She has also conducted <br /> jurisdictional wetland delineations for a variety of wetland environments <br /> throughout the Bay Area. Lee was the Permit Manager for the Port of San <br /> Francisco Piers 27 -31 Mixed -Use Recreation Project EIR, a high - profile <br /> development project that integrates recreational uses, open space, retail and <br /> office space on a 19 -acre waterfront site at the Port of San Francisco. She <br /> also managed permitting and regulatory compliance for the SFPUC Sunol <br /> and Niles Dam Removal Project and the EBMUD San Pablo Dam Seismic <br /> Upgrade Project. Most recently at San Leandro, she prepared the permits for <br /> the Bay Trail Levee Repair project. <br /> Michelle Orr, PE (ESA PWA) — Restoration Planner <br /> Michelle is a water resources engineer with 17 years experience providing <br /> project management and technical expertise related to coastal ecosystem <br /> restoration. Her experience includes project planning, engineering design, <br /> integration of adaptive management, Flood protection, environmental impact <br /> assessment and permitting.
