The <br /> project would redevelop this underutilized maritime industrial area into a <br /> revitalized area of up to 3,100 residential units, 120,000 square feet of <br /> commercial /retail space, approximately 250 marina slips, about 28 acres of <br /> interconnected open space and continuous pedestrian pathway, and associated <br /> parking. As part of a Port of Oakland endeavor, the project would also include a <br /> new wetland at the mouth of Clinton Basin. <br /> Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Redevelopment Plan EIR, <br /> Treasure Island, San Francisco Bay, CA. Senior Biological Task Manager. <br /> Tom is primary author for the biology chapter of the EIR for the Treasure Island <br /> Development Plan, and lcd the biology team in planning habitat restoration and <br /> enhancement on nearby Yerba Buena Island, which was also part of the <br /> project. He was also technical reviewer for offshore analysis conducted by <br /> Applied Marine Sciences. ESA is conducting several technical analyses for the <br /> Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Redevelopment Plan Project EIR.
