Her technical responsibilities include preparing land use, visual quality, public services, utilities, <br /> population and housing, and wind and shadow impact analyses. She also has experience coordinating <br /> projects with public and private clients, project architects, engineers, and subconsultants. <br /> Relevant Experience <br /> Education <br /> M.S., Environmental City of San Leandro Environmental and Regulatory Opportunities and <br /> Management, University of <br /> San Francisco Constraints Study. Project Manager. Tania led a study that identified <br /> B.S. Environmental environmental and regulatory constraints associated with the potential <br /> Economics and Policy, tic redevelopment of portions of the San Leandro Marina and Shoreline Recreation <br /> Berkeley Area. The intent of this report was to assist the City of San Leandro in <br /> 6 Years of Experience determining what types of development would be appropriate for the different <br /> Certifications/Registrations potions of the study area should the City permanently discontinue dredging its <br /> American Institute of Certified Marina basin and federally- authorized entrance channel, reconfigure the harbor <br /> Planners to be able to serve smaller vessels (such as kayaks), and redevelop its marina <br /> eEEC Accredited and its surrounding areas to more effectively serve thc City's residents. <br /> Professional, US Green <br /> .. Building Council, 2009 Bay Point Waterfront Strategic Plan EIR, Contra Costa County, CA. <br /> Professional Affiliations Technical Analyst. Tania authored Public Services, Utilities, and Recreation <br /> American Planning sections for an EIR for the proposed Bay Point Waterfront Strategic Plan, which <br /> Association proposes to revitalize the Bay Point waterfront arca by developing a full -scale <br /> Assocation of Environmental marina with related commercial /support uses, medium- density housing, <br /> Professionals interconnected open space and pedestrian walkways, and natural open space. A <br /> majority of the Plan Arca is located within the jurisdiction of the San Francisco <br /> Bay Conservation and Development Commission. The Plan would also require <br /> an amendment to the Contra Costa County General Plan to change both the <br /> urban limit line and the land use designations for some portions of the site. <br /> Port of Redwood City Terminal Master Plan Wharf 1 and 2 Redevelopment <br /> EIR. Project Manager. Tania is managing the Port's proposal to implement a . <br /> • number of improvements, including demolishing Warehouse 1, replacing the <br /> existing Wharves I and 2, constructing a one -story, 800 -square -foot <br /> longshoremen building, and constructing a I2 -foot high sea -wall to prevent Bay <br /> water at high tide from entering the upland areas. The existing structures on thc <br /> site include the two old wooden deck wharves, a fixed- location hopper and <br /> conveyor system, a dilapidated warehouse and a transit shed. The Port has been <br /> involved in shipping bulk and neo -bulk commodities for approximately 150 <br /> years and currently handles cargoes which include cement, aggregates, bauxite <br /> and gypsum, among others. Key issues include potential environmental impacts <br /> on a nearby wildlife refuge, impacts associated with increased traffic, and a <br /> contaminated groundwater and soil plume beneath a portion on thc project site. <br />
