Tania is assisting in management of this high profile <br /> EIR. The San Francisco Planning Department's proposed Transit Center Plan is <br /> intended to increase height limits on selected sites around the existing Transbay <br /> Transit Terminal with the intention of capturing the resulting increase in <br /> property values to help fund construction of a replacement terminal, as well as <br /> strectscape improvements in the neighborhood. <br /> Napa Downtown Specific Plan EIR, Napa, CA. Deputy Project Manager. <br /> Tania is serving as a Deputy Project Manager for the EIR for the Napa <br /> Downtown Specific Plan. The Downtown Specific Plan study arca is compact, <br /> comprised of 125 acres and about 55 blocks developed largely in a traditional <br /> grid pattern. The EIR process will be conducted in conjunction with the Specific <br /> Plan process to assure a self-mitigated program -level planning document. Kcy <br /> issues in the EIR will be Traffic, Circulation, and Parking; Historical Resources; <br /> Flooding, as analyzed under the issue of Hydrology and Water Quality; and <br /> Urban Design, as reflected in the topics of Land Use and Planning and <br /> Aesthetics. <br /> Santa Rosa General Plan EIR, Santa Rosa, CA. Deputy Project Manager <br /> and Technical Analyst. Tania is assisting in management of an EIR to analyze <br /> effects of a focused update to the City of Santa Rosa's General Plan 2020, <br /> including preparation of a new Housing Element and incorporation into the <br /> General Plan of recently adopted area plans, circulation plans, and strategic <br /> plans. ESA prepared the original EIR for the City's General Plan 2020, which <br /> addressed elements of natural and biological resources, land use policy, urban <br /> design, conservation of open space, scenic highways, fire hazards, air quality, <br /> • <br /> noise, and energy conservation. Tania also authored the Aesthetics and <br /> Population and Housing sections of the DEIR. <br /> Town of Windsor Keiser Park Master Plan ISIMND. Technical Analyst. <br /> Tania authored the Public Services and Utilities sections for an Initial Study for <br /> the Town of Windsor to analyze several new uses on a Master Plan to expand <br /> this existing town park. The project involves the development of several new <br /> fields, an aquatic center and a community recreation center. In the course of <br /> developing the Initial Study, the "Town made the decision to initiate bond <br /> measure to finance Master Plan improvements. To support this effort, the town <br /> requested that ESA develop an EIR under an accelerated schedule. <br /> Napa Gateway Park Master Plan IS /EIR. Technical Analyst. Tania prepared . <br /> the aesthetics and public services analyses. The Napa Gateway Park Master Plan <br /> project is a 173,000 square -foot mixed -use commercial center and 100 -room <br /> hotel proposed for the entry to the Napa County Airport. The vacant 10 -acre <br /> project site is located at the northwest corner of State Route 29 and State Route <br /> 12 (Jameson Canyon Road) in unincorporated Napa County. Seven low -rise <br /> buildings are proposed to contain 94,500 square feet of office and ground-floor <br /> • commercial uses, and a 78,500 square -foot all- suites hotel. <br />
