The offering of a reward may greatly <br /> assist the Police Detectives who are working on this case. Therefore, it is recommended that the <br /> City Council approve the resolution w authorize a reward in the amount of 510,000 related to the <br /> apprehension of any person(s) involved in this double homicide. <br />
