IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and the San <br /> Leandro Management Organization, for the period January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012, is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> The Memorandum of Understanding is attached and made a part hereof. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this <br /> 20 day of December, 2010 by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
