Private Sewer Lateral Relocation <br /> Administrative Code Amendment 3 December 20, 2010 <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> Actual cost for sections of sewer main abandonment/relocations and lateral relocation will vary <br /> at each location. Funding for the sewer main abandonment and relocation will be funded through <br /> the Water Pollution Control Enterprise Fund. The City may assist homeowners with the cost of <br /> the lateral relocation by providing financing to fund the initial costs for relocating the laterals. <br /> Property owners will enter into a financing agreement with the City to repay the City with <br /> interest for the costs incurred to relocate the lateral.
