Section 41. Provisions Applicable to Part -time and Temporary Employees: <br /> The following sections of the MOU apply as specified to part-time, permanent part-time and temporary <br /> employees as they are defined below: <br /> Part-Time: Hourly employees who work 999 hours or less in a fiscal year.
