Item will be considered under Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. Item 8.11. was removed from the Consent Calendar to the end of Item 2, Presentations/ Recognitions. Item 8.C. was removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. Reports on City Council Committees Civic and Cultural Committee Meeting of March 29, 2011. Accepted as submitted. a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approve Councilmember Gregory's official visit to Ribeirao Preto, with appropriate gift items to exchange with the Mayor of Ribeirao Preto. The City Council approved this recommendation. 2. Facilities and Transportation Committee Meeting of March 8, 2011. Accepted as submitted. 3. Rules and Communications Meeting of March 24, 2011. Accepted as submitted. a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of accepting action minutes as the official record for City Council meetings. The City Council approved this recommendation. b. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of amendments to San Leandro Administrative Code Titles I and 10 relating to Policies Governing the Use of Computer Systems, E -Mail and Information Security, and Title 2 relating to Departmental Use of Social Media.
