IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO • RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -078 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. OH92 REV. 000 TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 00218S FOR THE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROGRAM, BANCROFT AVENUE /136TH AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, STATE PROJECT NO. SR2SL- 5041(038) AND . APPROPRIATION OF GRANT AND DEVELOPER FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT (DFSI) FUNDS • Recitals • Program Supplement No. 0H92 Rev. 000 is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for State Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of Califomia; and The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. OH92 Rev. 000; and The City Manager has recommended that a grant fund account of $421,250 be established and that a matching'.fund account of $46,850 be appropriated from the Developer Fees for Street Improvement (DFSI)fund for the completion of the project. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That said Program Supplement No. OH92 Rev. 000 is hereby approved and the City Manager or his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City, and A grant fund account in the amount of $421,250 be established and that a matching fund account of $46,850 be appropriated from the DFSI fund for the completion of the project.
