IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2011 - <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 -2 -500 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSE FEES AND THEIR <br /> ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT TO THE CONSUMER PRICE INDEX <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section I.
