Returns on related investments <br /> are not achievable any other way." <br /> CITY /REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WILL HELP- Provides $3,000 of the $6,000 <br /> participation fee. Matching funds of up to $50,000 for projects in the West San <br /> Leandro /MacArthur Blvd. Redevelopment Project area that improve energy <br /> efficiency of buildings and operations. There also are $25,000 in Energy Block Grant <br /> funds to assist businesses outside this redevelopment project area.
