• <br /> • <br /> C. The hours of operation shall be restricted to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through <br /> Saturday; and closed Sunday. Any expansion or modification to the hours shall be <br /> requested in writing to the Community Development Director, who may approve the <br /> request or direct the matter to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> D. No automotive repair or servicing work shall be conducted outside the building or the <br /> public right -of -way, including performing inspections for cost estimates for service. There <br /> shall be no body or fender work performed on the property. <br /> E. No "For Sale" signs shall be placed on the vehicles stored outdoors on the property. No <br /> sales of vehicles are permitted from the site. <br /> F. No wrecked vehicles, discarded auto parts, or any auto parts shall be stored on the <br /> property; no long -term storage of vehicles is permitted on the property; vehicle parking <br /> shall be limited to vehicles that are scheduled for servicing. <br /> G. Employees and customers shall be instructed by the applicant and/or property owner not to <br /> park on the street in front of nearby businesses. <br /> H. Prior to commencement of business, employee parking spaces shall be designated on the <br /> property. <br /> I. There shall be no dismantling or salvaging of vehicles on the site. <br /> J. There shall be no razor wire installed on the property. <br /> III. ON -SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A. Landscaping <br /> 1. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall submit final landscape and <br /> irrigation plans for the review and approval of the Community Development Department. <br /> The plans shall include but are not limited to such details as, 1) tree size, species and <br /> location; 2) shrubs, groundcovers and vines; 3) installation specifications; 4) irrigation <br /> details; 5) water conservation techniques; and 6) maintenance programs to comply with <br /> the Zoning Code Article 19 Landscape Requirements (Water Efficiency Landscape <br /> Ordinance, WELO). To reduce on -site water consumption and reduce the energy required <br /> for the pumping and distribution of water, drought- resistant native species shall be used <br /> for site landscaping where possible. <br /> 2. All trees shall be a minimum 15 gallon container size. <br /> 3. Any above - ground back-flow preventors shall be adequately screened to the satisfaction of <br /> the Community Development Director. <br /> 4. All landscaping improvements shall be maintained in a healthy, growing and weed -free <br /> condition at all tines and in accordance with the approved landscape plan.
