W. Vehicle/equipment repair and maintenance shall be performed in a designated area <br /> indoors. <br /> X. Secondary containment shall be provided for exterior work areas where motor oil, brake <br /> fluid, gasoline, diesel fuel, radiator fluid, acid - containing batteries or other hazardous <br /> materials or hazardous wastes are used or stored. Drains shall not be installed within the <br /> secondary containment areas. <br /> Y. Vehicle service facilities shall not contain floor drains. <br /> Z. Tanks, containers or sinks used for parts cleaning or rinsing shall not be connected to the <br /> storm drain system. Tanks, containers or sinks used for such purposes may only be <br /> connected to the sanitary sewer system if allowed by an industrial waste discharge permit. <br /> AA. Fire sprinkler test water shall be drained to the sanitary sewer system or drain to <br /> landscaped areas where feasible. <br /> BB. For small air conditioning units, air conditioning condensate should be directed to <br /> landscaped areas. <br /> CC. All washing and/or steam cleaning must drain to the sanitary sewer. Washing or pressure <br /> washing must be performed indoors and managed in such a way that there is no discharge <br /> of soaps or other pollutants to the storm drain. <br /> DD. Any trash area must be roofed and the surrounding grade shall be sloped away from the <br /> enclosure so that stomi water does not enter the enclosure. <br /> EE. Applicant shall show all easements on the plan, including railroad easements. Structures <br /> shall not encroach into any easement. <br /> FF. Applicant shall install signing and striping items as identified in Exhibit H per City of San <br /> Leandro Traffic Engineer. The requirements include adding a stop (R1 -1) sign with No <br /> Left Tum (R3 -2) sign on a single pole facing motorists exiting from the driveway and . <br /> adding an additional pair of pavement arrows near the south end of the building. <br /> V. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> A. Fire hydrants and fire flow are required for the project per the California Fire Code <br /> Appendix B and C. An additional fire hydrant may be required. Provide fire flow <br /> information for the site. The fire flow information is available from EBMUD. <br /> B. The storage and use of hazardous materials shall comply with the California Fire Code. <br /> C. A Knox box is required at the entry to the building. <br /> D.
