Sections 7 -3 -118 <br /> thru 7 -3 -119 <br /> '• TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3 -118: PERMITS SHALL CONFORM. Every department and employee of <br /> the City authorized to issue permits or licenses affecting the use or occupancy <br /> of Land or of a structure shall comply with the provisions of this chapter. Where <br /> any action of referral or on an appeal is required by this chapter, no such permit <br /> or license shall be issued unless and until such action has been taken and the time <br /> within which an appeal could have been taken has expired. If any proposed structure <br /> use or occupancy for which a permit or license is sought conforms with this chapter <br /> in all respects, the application therefor shall be approved g <br /> P � PP pproved as co zoning; otherwise <br /> it shall be denied.
