TITLE V11 • • MAP., BUILDINGS, AND SUDDI ,IONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zon'ng <br /> Section 7 -3 -120: DEFINITIONS. For the purpose of this chapter <br /> certain terms used herein are defined as follows: <br /> Section 7 -3 -121: ACCESSORY BUILDING. A building which is subordinate • <br /> . to, and the use of which is incidental to and related to that of the main <br /> building or use on the same lot. <br /> Section 7- 3- ACCESSORY USE. A use incidental and subordinate <br /> but necessarily pertinent and related to the principal use of the premises <br /> which does not alter the essential characteristics of the use considered <br /> as a whole and as related to other uses permitted in the same district. <br /> Section 7 -3 -123: AGRICULTURAL BUILDING. A building located on <br /> agricultural property and used to shelter farm implements, hay, grain, <br /> poultry, livestock, or other farm produce, In which there is no human <br /> habitation, and which is not used by the public. <br /> Section 7 -3 -124: ALLEY OR LANE. A public way not more than thirty <br /> (30) feet in width afforiing a generally secondary and alternate means of <br /> access to abutting property. <br /> Section 7 -3 -125: ALfEP. OR ALTERATION. Any chance, addition or <br /> modification in' construction or occupancy. <br /> Section 7- 3•-126: ASSEMBLY BUILDING. A building used, in whole or <br /> in part, for the gathering together of persons for such purpose as de- <br /> liberation,. worship, entertainment, amusement, drinking or dining, or <br /> awaiting transportation. <br /> Section. 7-3-127: BOARDING HOUSE. A building where lodging or both <br /> meals and lodging are provided for compensation for four (4) or more persons. <br /> Section 7 - - 128: BUILDING. Any structure built for the support, <br /> shelter, or enclosure of persons, animals, chattels, or property of any <br /> kind. <br /> 8 <br />
